I wasn’t sure about asking the insurance to help pay for new shingles on my roof after a big hail storm damaged many of them. Brent was chatting with … More me and let me know that the insurance would definitely approve the repairs after he looked at them. He convinced me that the process wouldn’t be too rough on my end and that he would help me through it all. He did help through the process and yes the insurance was happy to cover it after the adjuster took a look at it. I was very grateful for his help.
